She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sam and Ida Pearl Minton Kelly; her spouse Peerey William Perkins; and her siblings, R. C. Kelly, Hershel Kelly and Aurelia Dickey.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia Walker (Larry) of Savannah, Frances Cowan of Arlington and Steve Perkins (Jo) of Savannah, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Jeremiah, Chad, Mia and Monica; and her great grandchildren, Jacy, Hannah and Emma.
