He was predeceased by : his parents, Aubrey H. Surratt and Audrey D. Nichols Surratt; and his siblings, Johnnie Sue Lohman (Terry), Peggy Duncan (Jack), Tommie Jean Surratt (Bea) and Ray Surratt (Mary Ella).
He is survived by : his wife Bonnie Ann Pickens Surratt of Adamsville, TN; his son Nicholas Lee Surratt of Adamsville, TN; and his sister Barbara Gail Maness (Joe Dan) of Selmer, TN. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
