He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wesley and Mattie Belle White Young; and his sisters, Matta Vaye Young and Gail Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Martha Young of Adamsville, TN; his children, Tammy Blakely (Mike) and Clay Young (Channin); his brother Raymond Young; his grandchildren, Zachary Blakely (Abigail), Caitlin Blakely (Alex Peden) and Dylan Gattis (Annie); and his great grandchild Bellamy.
Tam will be remembered for his kind heart, dedication to his work, and his contributions to the coon hunting community.
