It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Neal Rinks (Adamsville, Tennessee), born in Morris Chapel, Tennessee, who passed away on April 3, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Elijah and Jessie McCullough Rinks; his wife Janice Smith; and his sister Margaret Tackett. He is survived by : his sons, Jeff Rinks (Barbara) of Winter Garden and Tim Rinks (Melanie) of Eads, Tennessee; his sister Peggy Robinson of Memphis, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Haley Rinks, Matthew Rinks, Melissa Rinks and Caroline Rinks.
