He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Junior Holloway; Joy Holloway. He is survived by: his wife Tanya Howell of Adamsville; his children, Justin Howell (Angela) of Enville, TN, Brandon Cotner (Marina) of Eastview, TN and Katie Parker of Adamsville; his grandchildren, Jaden Cotner, Chandler Mercer and Mattie Cotner; his parents, John Dee of Adamsville and Carolyn Howell of Adamsville; and his brothers, Steve Howell of Adamsville, Ricky of Adamsville and Pee Wee of Adamsville.
