She was predeceased by: her husband Herman; and her mother Opal Marie. She is survived by: her children, John DeBok (Lynn), Robert DeBok (Donna) and Deborah Cichowski. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
