He is survived by: his wife Melody Surratt of Adamsville, TN; his mother Rheba Surratt of Purdy, TN; his sons, Brad Surratt (Wendy) of Adamsville, TN and Chris Surratt (Lindsey) of Adamsville, TN; his grandchildren, Lilly, Adam, Ethan, Maddie, Tucker and Tayte; and his siblings, Sandra Henson (Jerry) of Purdy, TN, Anita Killingsworth (Steve) of Stantonville, TN, James Surratt (Brenda) of Adamsville, TN and Ronnie Surratt of Purdy, TN.
