He is survived by: his son Vincent Edward Guinn; his parents, Michael Edward and Crissie Guinn; his sisters, Leslie McGhee and Samantha Cruz; his grandmother Marie Seay; his uncles, James Edward Guinn and Jay Edward Guinn Jr.; his aunt Susan; and his cousin Chesnee Guinn.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Jeffers Funeral and Cremation Service (208 N College St, Greeneville, TN 37745). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM at 1972 Culbertson Rd, Greeneville, TN 37743.
