He was predeceased by : his mother Rachel Wade; and his siblings, James Wade and Ella Mae Wade. He is survived by : his children, Lisa Wade Babb and Roger Wade; his stepson Randy Bowen; his grandchildren, Samantha Malone, Douglas, Logan Babb, Thomas Wilkerson Wade and Aurora Bowen; his siblings, Billie Page, Emma Lou "Susie" Tipton, Calvin Wade and Harold Wade; and also Crystal Humberstone. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
