He is survived by: his wife Christine Cutshall; his children, Julian Cutshall, Jennifer (Lance Solomon) and Diana Hartman; his grandchildren, Kaytelyn Solomon, Alex Hartman and Oliver Hartman; and his close friends, Teddy Hawk, Orgal Miller and Billy Joe McCamey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
