She was predeceased by: her husband Moses Cale; her parents, Simpson Groce and Laila Landrum; her children, Phyllis Macon and Willie Bell; her grandchildren, Darcina Gross and Francina Gross; and her brothers, Raymond Henderson and Sam Groce.
She is survived by: her child Pierce Groce Sr; her sister Barbara Hubbard; and her sibling's children, Lala Henderson, Julie Crawley, Karen Robinson, Michelle Iman, Marian Milton and Samuel McGriff. She is also survived by great-great grandchildren, friends.
