She was predeceased by : her husband John Doak Capps; her son Michael McKinley; and her granddaughter Virginia Ann Bilbrey. She is survived by : her children, Suzanne McKinley Osborne of Roanoke, VA, Mark McKinley and Patrick McKinley of Cookeville; her grandchildren, Mark Osborne of Algood, Patrick and Melissa McKinley of Cookeville; her great grandchildren, Scarlett, Cole Bilbrey, Robert, Justin Kirby and River McKinley; and her great great grandchild Jaydin Bilbrey.
