He is survived by: his parent Thelma (Mooney); his daughters, Leanne Maynard of Lexington, KY and Michele (Mike); his grandchildren, Britney (Joe), Floyd of Kodak, Maranda Maynard of Stanville, KY, Hannah Maynard of Longs, SC, Aaron Maynard of Lexington, KY, Laurana Gordon and Logan Gordon of Centerville, OH; his friend Chae (Gillon) of Beavercreek, OH; his brother Scott (Debbie); Phillips of Beavercreek, OH, Gillon of Antioch, TN, Puppy, Midge and Sophie. He is also survived by father, brother, grandfather, and friend.
