He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sullivan and Betty Jean Sullivan. He is survived by: his sister Diane Bryson (Ken) of Smyrna; his niece Christina Newman of LaVergne; his nephew Gary "AJ" Meadows of Antioch; his great-nieces, Destin Waldron, Madison Whitney, Payton Whitney and Serenity Featherstone; his nephew Chad Meadows; and also Kaiden Waldron.
