He was predeceased by: his parents, Florus Underhill and Ardice Underhill. He is survived by: his wife Donna Scurlock Underhill; his children, Lettice Lynn Underhill, Lorraine Underhill Bawden of Henderson, NV and Karl Wayne Underhill of Henderson, NV; his stepchildren, Dawn Susie Bean and Gerald Scurlock; and his siblings, Carl Underhill (Elyse), Inez Hubka Dowling (George) and Reta (Elias).
