He was predeceased by: his parent William Elliott; his children, Billy Wolfe, David Wolfe, Carlton Black and Donna King; and his brothers, Manuel Wolfe and Leonard Wolfe (Alyce Corey Wolfe).
He is survived by: his parent Ethel Coldiorn Wolfe; and his children, Becky Durham (Mark) of Antioch, David Corey (Pam) of Connecticut, James Wolfe of Shelbyville and Russell Wolfe (Melissa) of LaVergne. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11great-grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
