It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Modean Randolph of Ashland City, Tennessee, born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on December 22, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Millard Estes and Bessie Estes (Smith); her husband Jimmie Randolph; her siblings, Herbert, Hubert Estes and Charlene Williams (Estes); and her niece Rhonda Williams.

She is survived by : her nieces and nephews, Ken Williams (Janet), Jamey Williams, Jerry Williams, Cathy (Jason), Karen (Jay) and Lawanna; and her foster brothers, Stevie (Sandi) and Randall. She is also survived by cousins, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
