She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Leo Perisutti and Annie Marie Perisutti (Cavender); and her sisters, Judy Ann Carver, Nancy Elaine Perisutti, Jean Marie Bennecke and Linda Faye Perisutti.
She is survived by: her husband Horace Andrew Waffird; her son David Wayne Waffird (Rose); her siblings, Michael Perisutti, Melba Renee Staten, Patricia Patsy Cripps (Donnie), Louise Denson (Dave) and Pam Busby; her grandson Daniel Waffird (Blake); and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Carly, Shenna and JoAnna. She is also survived by 6 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hope Worship Center (136 Elizabeth St, Ashland City, TN 37015). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
