It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nell Georgia Brown of Athens, Tennessee, who passed away on February 22, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her siblings, Sam Brown, Zula Brown, Gertrude Williams, Myrtle Ross, Stella Shugart, Janet Bryan, Dorthy Stinson and Kenneth R. Brown (Imogene Cole) of Athens. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and many friends.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 25th 2021 at 3:00 PM at the Etowah Cemetery (123 Etowah Cemetery Rd, Etowah, TN 37331).
