Bullard of Memphis, TN; her brother Bill Bullard (Cristi) of Bartlett, TN; and her nieces, Jessica Dial (Stephen) of Memphis, TN and Samantha Lowrie (Christopher) of Lakeland, TN. She is also survived by one great niece and two great nephews.
