With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tammy Rena Qualls (Bartlett, Tennessee), who passed away on May 3, 2021 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her daughters, Haley Marks and Katie Marks; her parents, Mary Qualls and James Qualls; and her brother Rick Qualls (Ann).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Adult Congenital Heart Association.
