She is survived by: her husband Charles William Ratliff of Bean Station, TN; her children, James Charles Ratliff of Bean Station, TN and Tracie Sayers (Tim) of Lexington, KY; her grandchildren, Connor Sayers, Jason Ratliff, Cayne Ratliff, Logan Ratliff, Lawrence Ratliff and Lakin Ratliff; her great grandchildren, Joshua, James, Paylin and Cambrie; her brothers, Ronald "Joe" Hackney (Bonnie) of Rutledge, TN and Donald Hackney (Verna) of Mt. Sterling, KY; and her sister-in-law Brenda Ratliff.
