She was predeceased by: her husband John Footen; and her parents, Fain Musser and Hessie Musser. She is survived by: her children, Gary Riggs and Teresa Harman; her grandchildren, Chris Harman and Cynthia Harman; and her great grandchildren, Jordan Harman, Blakely Harman, Alex Hixson and Aubrey Mead.
