He is survived by : his daughter Kimberly Purkey (Travis); his mother Evelyn Combs; his brother Roger Combs; his grandchildren, Cynthia Skillman (Jon), Greg Smith, Katie Peruzzini, Abby Purkey, Paige and Alex Skillman; his great grandchildren, Ayden and Chris Peruzzini; and his niece Kayla Holt.
