He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Finnus and Twila Leigh Howard Foster; and his brother Stephen Allen Foster. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Foster; his siblings, Finnus Foster, Melanie Pierce (Richard), Michele Foster and Lauren Foster; and his siblings' children, Desiree Pulley (Jason), Allison Burt (Dillon), Krystal Foster, Scott Pierce (Carlena), Jesse Foster and Warren Foster. He is also survived by nine great nieces and nephews; and several other extended family.
