He was predeceased by : his parents, B. D. Miller and Martha Mae Miller (Stephens); and his siblings, Tommy Miller (Sherry) and Paulette Lewis. He is survived by : his wife Wanda Miller of Belvidere; his children, Ritchie Miller of Belvidere and Wendy Elliott (Dustin) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Lexie Elliott, Raegan Elliott and Mark Allen Clark; his sister Gail Sanders (Sherril) of Winchester; and his brother-in-law Ricky Lewis of Harvey, Illinois..
