With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Wayne Gifford (Belvidere, Tennessee), born in Jackson, Alabama, who passed away on March 31, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Grady Louise Gifford and Hawkins; and his wife Nora Lee Willis Gifford. He is survived by : his daughter Ingrid Gifford Neal (Jerry) of Sewanee; his granddaughter Brittany Sandlin; and his brothers, Bobby Gifford (Annie) of Belvidere and Jimmy Mitchell Gifford of Belvidere. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
