We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2020, at the age of 82, Patricia Ann Mitchell of Bethel Springs, Tennessee, born in Savannah, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Hassell Franks and Elizabeth McFalls Franks. She is survived by : her husband William Ralph Mitchell; and her children, Jeff Mitchell (Dana) of Bethel Springs, TN, Laura Bender (John) of Valparaiso, IN, Lisa Trombley (Tony) of Jackson, TN and William Mitchell Jr. (Anita) of Bethel Springs, TN. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
