With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Blanche Minnie Smits of Big Sandy, Tennessee, born in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 24, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Ralph J. Smits; her sons, Randall, Russell and Rock; and her siblings, Eva Sanders, Ruby Herrington and Herbert Hall.

She is survived by : her children, Trudy Roush-Heywood of Holladay, TN, Ralph Ted Smits of Gallatin, TN and Richard Smits of Big Sandy, TN.; and her grandchildren, Jerry Roush II, Kelly Smits, Casey Jelinski (Tim), Crissy Smits, Rick Smits, Kevin Smits, Sharon Ziewacz (Brian), Nikki Braatz (Scott), Shannon Wengeler (Steve) and Wayne Smits (Jen).
