She is survived by : her children, Lester Forsythe (Carolyn) of Paris France, Ronald Forsythe (Mary) of Marseilles, IL, Julie Boris (John) of Wilmington, IL, Susan Roach (Mike) of Camden, TN and Delana Needham (Steve) of Bradford, TN.; her grandchildren, Leslie, Stephanie, Ronald, Michael, Cynthia, Allison, Sara, Nicholas, Jimmy, Austin and Twenty; and her sister-in-law Opal Scott. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
