He is survived by: his uncle Honey (Loving Husband); his wife Rhonda Holder; his children, Justin Holder, Jason Lewis (Brooke), Cody Lewis (Hailey) and Stephanie Carter (Brian); his son-in-law Tracy Grissom; and his grandchildren, Macie, Brody Grissom, Dylan, Clay Lewis, Maybelle, Payzlee Carter, Parker and Drake Lewis. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
