With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arvin McCarter of Blaine, Tennessee, who passed away on August 17, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Glenn McCarter; his son-in-law Gary Tweed; his parents, Alden McCarter and Delilah McCarter; his siblings, Raymond, Sherrill, Neal McCarter, Reba Roach (Roger), Doris Fish (Paul) and Barbara Cameron (James); and his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Roach and Dennis Myers.
He is survived by: his daughter Diane Tweed; his grandchildren, Albert Ivey, Mikey Ivey (Heather), Calvin McCarter and Anita McCarter; his sisters, Alma Myers and Edith Roach; and his nephews, Charles McCarter, David Roach, Stanley Roach, Denny Myers and Gary Cameron (Shawn Spears). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
