It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kari Marie Horn of Blountville, Tennessee, born in San Francisco, California, who passed away on April 5, 2024, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, David Clark and Marilyn Guyette Clark. She is survived by : her husband Adam J. Horn; her children, Jacob Horn, Gabriel Horn, Makenna Horn and Abigail Horn; and her sisters, Kelli Clark (Sam Clark), Michelle Harvey (Michael Clark) and Marl Clark. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 at 2:20 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (1033 Leesburg Rd, Jonesborough, TN 37659). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
