She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleveland Perry and Gladys Cox Perry; her former husbands, Lewis Fogarty, Robert Bowser Jr. and Frank Buchanan; her husband Major Browder; her siblings, Clayford, Carlos, Delano Perry, Helen Via, Lucille Cox, Lena Hickman and Kayrene Herman; her daughter-in-law Tina Good Fogarty; and her great grandchild Natalie Faith Broyles.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Fogarty, David Bowser (Sandy) of Jonesborough and Vickie Bowser Haynes (Barry) of Summerville, SC; her granddaughters, Mandy Stoots (Steven), Kimberly Broyles (Quinton), Melissa Harris (Dylan), Brianna Bowling (Forrest) and Monica O'Quinn; her great grandchildren, Makenzye, Stephenee, Jacolyn, Eryka, Jace, Willard, Lucas and Lydia; and her siblings, Onsby Perry (Irma) of Nickelsville, VA and Geraldine Berkley of Pennsylvania. She is also survived by several step-children, grandchildren & great-grandchildren; many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
