It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nellie Grace Dowell of Blountville, Tennessee, who passed away on May 30, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Hugh Smith and Geneva Barker Smith; her husband Bill Dowell; her sons, Jeff Dowell and Billy Dowell; and her siblings, Margie Baker and Ralph Smith.
She is survived by : her children, Bobby Dowell and Connie Penley (Mike); her grandsons, Tyler Penley and William Dowell; her daughter-in-law Norma Dowell; and her brother Frank Smith (Hanah). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
