She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Cox and Nena Simerly Cox; her daughter Mary Deborah Graybeal; her great grandchild Maylyn Lewis; and her siblings, Russell Cox, Floyd Cox, Jewell Cox, Billy Joe Cox, Helen Rogers, Nena Lee Cross and Joyce Carrier.

She is survived by: her children, Belinda Lewis and Dennis Lewis (Diana); her grandson George Lewis (Beth); and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Addylyn and Nora Lewis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
