It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy H. Ray (Bluff City, Tennessee), who passed away on March 31, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Ray and Ellen Ray; and his brothers, Jerry and Dean Ray. He is survived by : his wife Betty M. Ray; his sons, Dean Ray (Crissie), Steve Ray (Cristina) and Jeff Ray; his grandchildren, Justin and Cristina Ray; his stepsons, Mike McClelland (Susan) and Tyler McClelland; and his stepgrandson Nick Kummer.
