She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Perry and Molly Carr Perry; her husband Edward Anderson Scalf; her children, Ed and Edna Scalf; and her siblings, Bonnie Scalf, Velva Glover, Georgia Elliott, Mitchell Perry, Raymond Perry, Troy Perry, Sam Perry and Ed Perry.
She is survived by: her daughters, Glendora Maines, Loretta Kaylor (Charles), Charlene Miller and Vanessa Smith (Frank); her grandchildren, Johnny Maines, Rico Maines (Kim), Tracy King (Richie), Shannon Glover (Julie), Jason Miller (Betty), Ginger Stiles (Mike) and Julie Fleenor (Joe); and her sister-in-law Mary Perry.
