He was predeceased by: his parents, George Karo and Anna Mae Wilson; his wife Mildred Fay King Wilson; his son Danny Ray Wilson; and his stepbrothers, Edward, Roy and Robert King.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Jennifer; his grandchildren, Leslie, Laurie, Mitchell, Leah Fay, Christian Ray, Daniel, Logan, Ryan and Dutch; his siblings, Bill Wilson (Margaret), Frances Hodge and Helen Raymond; his stepbrother Haskell King (Darlene); and his sister-in-law Phyllis. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
