She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Roberts and Cecil Roberts; and her brother Tom Roberts. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Noonkester; her brothers, David Roberts of Blountville, TN and Luke Roberts (Rosie) of Bristol, VA; her daughters, Beth Roe (Martie) of Bluff City, TN and Crystal McDuffie (Jeremy) of Bluff City, TN; her grandchildren, Autumn Roe, Haley Perry (Brandon), Karlee Miller, Chloe Harmon (Isaiah) and William McDuffie; her great grandchildren, Amelia Brook Perry and Titus Chad Perry; and her uncle Thomas "Big Tom" Roberts. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Oakley-Cook Funeral Home (2223 Volunteer Pkwy, Bristol, TN 37620).
