She was predeceased by : her father Vernon Green; and her brother Tony. She is survived by : her husband Rick Frederick; her daughter Jennifer Hayes; her son-in-law Cody Hayes; her grandson Richard Franklin Hayes; her mother Ruby Crotts Green; and her siblings, Glenda Worley, Dennis Green, Steve Green (Tammy), Wanda Felty, Teresa Reynolds (Scott), Jeff Green and Melissa Grubbs (Dru). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family humbly requests memorial contributions be made in her name at any First Horizon bank branch in Bristol or Johnson City, TN.
