She was predeceased by : her parents, Willard Estep and Jessie Estep (Sheets); her former life partner Roger L. Cole; and her brother Willis Estep. She is survived by : her husband Paul Tolley; her son Timothy Cole (Shannon) of Johnson City; and her stepchildren, Elizabeth Clawson of Elizabethton and David Tolley (JoAnn).
