It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Trula Wood (Bluff City, Tennessee), who passed away on March 25, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband George Wood; her son Brian; her parents, Carrie Powers (LaForce) and Walter Powers; her stepmother Hazel Powers; and her siblings, Junell Amyx, Lyla Elswick, Edward and Johnny Powers.

She is survived by : her children, Mark Wood, Judy Wood and Patricia Canaday (Jim); her grandchildren, John Canaday (Mary Grady), Kylie Canaday (Daniel Muto), Heather Boatman (Josh), Amy Marion (Justin), Adam Wood (Kate) and Kimberly Boykin (Hunter); her great grandchildren, Payton, Oakley Marion, Addyson, Hudson, Emmerson Boatman and Hadley Muto; and her siblings, Lora Sarver, Jean Sutherland, Evelyn Amos (O. D.), Marvin and Bob Powers.
