He is survived by : his wife Nancy Sipes; his stepson Brian Parsons of Bolivar; his sons, Charles Lee Dillard (Stephanie) of Jackson and Clint Parsons (Kristann) of Hornsby; his close friends, Machelle and Curtis Brush of Somerville; his grandchildren, Brooke Parsons Cox (Steven) of Bolivar, Alexis Dillard of Jackson, Blake Galloway (Brandy) of Colorado, Trevor Galloway of Memphis, Kelly Brush of Somerville, Madison Howell of Bolivar and Lindsey Bishop of Memphis; his great grandchildren, Avery Cox, Liam Cox, Zaiden Howell and Alice Parsons; his siblings, Birdie Dillard Jones King of Bolivar and Thomas Dillard of Bolivar; and his sister-in-law Judy Chandler Dillard of Bolivar. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
