She was predeceased by : her parents, Bertram Francis, Sr. and Luna Muriel Bledsoe Francis. She is survived by : her husband Tom Hooper of Henderson; her sons, Jimmie'Bo'Scott (Lena) of Jackson and Jeremy A. Scott (Jennifer) of Henderson; and her grandchildren, Jacob Scott, Christian Francis, Bennett Francis, Dylan Authers, Brittany Terry and Karlee Hooper. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Bethel Baptist Church (125 TN-125, Henderson, TN 38340). A burial was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery (125 TN-125, Henderson, TN 38340).
