She was predeceased by: her parents, W. T. Rinks (Buss) and Callie Rinks (Davis); her husband Herbert Wood; and her siblings, Billy Rinks and Hilda Butler.

She is survived by: her son Greg Wood of Jackson, TN; her grandchildren, Luke Wood of Los Angeles, CA and Lily Wood of Medina, TN; and her sisters, Nancy Weems of Bolivar and Sandy Keith of Bolivar.

Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Cancer Society.
