We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2019, at the age of 76, Paul David Owens (Bolivar, Tennessee), born in Waynesboro, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his brother Lynn Owens; and his nephew Anthony Harris. He is survived by : his wife Linda Franks Owens; his children, James Owens and Sarah Owens Parker (Bill); his sister Ruth Ann Graham (Bruce); and his nephew Brian Harris (Tina) of Waynesboro, TN.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the Butterfly Foundation.
