She was predeceased by: her husband Lamar Simmons. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Simmons (Lisa) and Kathy Blythe (Dennis); her grandchildren, Grace, Mabry, Kate Simmons, Bekah Blake (Drew) and Brayden Blythe (Jill); and her great grandchild Alice Kathryn Blake.
