He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stiteley Malo and Esther Nemeth; his wife Kathy; his brother John Malo Sr.; and his sister-in-law Dorothy.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Nathan McCutcheon; his niece Juliann Hillman-Malo; his great-niece April of Texas; his nephew John Malo Jr. (Carla); his great-nephews, Allen and Samuel; his great-niece Alyssa of San Diego, CA; his nephew Brian Malo (Melissa); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Marissa, Christopher and Ryza of San Diego; and his nephews, David Malo (Paul Lawrence) of Atlanta, GA and Joshua Malo (Sarah) of San Diego.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brentwood Roesch Patton Funeral Home (9010 Church St E, Brentwood, TN 37027). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
