He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jane Crow Warren; his daughters, Dana Curtis (David) and Dione DeWitte (Justin); his grandchildren, Emma Jane Clayton, Calvin Clayton, Ella Grace Clayton, Josiah DeWitte, Cannon Clayton, Dana Jane DeWitte, Millie Dean DeWitte, Christian Curtis, Anna Bleu Clayton, Sterling Curtis, Kingford Clayton, Hudson DeWitte, Ila Bliss Curtis, Lily Reese Clayton and Truman Curtis; his sister Vicki Doederlein (Jim); Jane Heather Clayton (Rogers).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Harpeth Hills Church of Christ (1949 Old Hickory Blvd, Brentwood, TN 37027). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
